I’m the owner, baker, and cookie decorator of champagne cookie co. I have a blue-tick coonhound named Burke and an airforce husband named Kyle.
We currently live on vashon island, although it has always been home to me.
I love to be creative and find multiple uses for the things I create - a cookie doesn’t just have to be delicious, it can also be a decoration or an edible gift for something special.
